UPDATE Kane County Companies Advance in Statewide Makers Madness Contest
UPDATE #2: Three Kane County, based products and companies that have advanced to the Illinois Manufacturers' Association's "Makers Madness" Elite Eight round are the BoulePro 200AX (USACH), ActivWall (Aurora Storage Products, Inc), and Gindo's Hot Sauce (Chris “Gindo" Ginder) Gindo's Spice of Life. These products made it through the two voting round in competition with 200+ other products.
Voting for the next round of voting is from Noon on Tuesday, March 26 through 11:59pm on Sunday, March 31. You must select a product in each of the four matchups. You may vote in this round once per day per device.

These products made it through the first voting round in competition with 200+ other products. Voting for this round is open from Noon on Tuesday, March 19 through 11:59 P.M. on Sunday, March 24.

Each March, the Illinois Manufacturers' Association hosts “Makers Madness," a competition where products made in Illinois are voted on with the goal of being recognized as “The Coolest Thing Made in Illinois." This year, at least 19 of the 200+ nominated products are made across Kane County. Voting is available here, with the ability to vote multiple times a day per device.
