The Kane County Treasurer's Office reminds Kane County taxpayers that the first installment of property taxes is due Monday, June 2, 2025. Multiple convenient payment options are available:

Online at Treasurer.KaneCountyIL.gov – E-checks are free, and staff are available to assist. Call 630-232-3565
By Mail using the payment coupon and return envelope included with your bill.
Drive-Up Drop Box located behind Building A at the Kane County Government Center. (719 S. Batavia Ave. Geneva)
Participating Kane County Banks – Accepting on-time payments with a payment coupon; see the Treasurer’s website for the list.
Kane County Clerk’s Aurora Branch Office (5 E. Downer Place, Suite F) – Accepts personal checks or money orders with a payment coupon.
In Person at the Kane County Treasurer’s Office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (719 S. Batavia Ave. Bldg A (2nd Floor in Geneva)

Please note: the office will be closed Monday, May 26, 2025, in observance of Memorial Day.
