​Need a Puppy Hug?

​Need a puppy hug? At a recent meeting of the Kane County Human Services Committee, where employee benefits, training, and pay adjustments are discussed, a special guest was introduced:  a beagle-hound mix puppy named Emma.    

She visited the boardroom as part of a pilot program to showcase the animals in the care of Kane County Animal Control and to brighten the atmosphere for the County Board members, staff, and the public attending the meeting. Emma didn't disappoint, eagerly greeting everyone with enthusiastic face licks!
