Kane County Shines Bright in STC Electric Light Parade

Only one grinch pictured here as volunteers and staff with the Kane County Office of Emergency Management decked out one of their vehicles and rolled down Main Street in St. Charles as part of the Electric Light Holiday Parade on November 25.
