The Village of Carpentersville will soon see its first new residential development in 15 years, as Habitat for Humanity plans to build 28 new homes to support affordable housing opportunities at Oxford Drive and Kings Road. According to the village, the project aims to provide housing to those who need it most and help alleviate the housing crisis in the area.
