The Kane ROE Fall Photo Contest is Back: Rosary Student Takes Best in Show in Nature-Themed Week 1 with Entrancing Photo

Welcome to Week 1 of the Kane County Regional Office of Education’s Student Photography Contest!

Here at the ROE, we want to thank all the photography teachers for inspiring creativity in the students and for helping us coordinate this contest. Without you, it would not be possible!

In Week 1, we received a record-breaking 314 submissions from 13 schools in our competition for the best nature photo. Wow! Way to to participate! We were blown away with the entries and had a hard time narrowing in on the winners. Here are our top 10!

If you are a high school student or teacher who would like to submit photos for next week, please contact Molly McQueeny at the Kane County Regional Office of Education.

*Save the Date! The Annual Photo Contest Reception will be back this year at the Batavia Fine Arts Center. The reception will be held on Wednesday, December 8th, 2021. The reception will display the top 10 photos from each week, as well as having an award ceremony for the weekly winners.
