The St. Charles Chamber of Commerce has partnered with Elgin Community College, and the Northern Kane County Regional Vocation System, including but not limited to St. Charles School District 303, to host a conversation with the manufacturing sector on opportunities for building a pipeline of future skilled employees.
A virtual discussion will take place via Zoom from 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday, June 15, 2021, and all those interested in this topic are encouraged to attend.
The discussion will not only offer businesses the opportunity to share input and feedback on their current and future needs but will also offer information about educational programs and opportunities that may align to the businesses needs and outline the benefits of partnering with local schools to build a strong future pipeline.
To join the discussion, visit RSVP for Business and Education Partnerships Event (google.com).
For additional information please refer to the attached flyer and/or contact Terry Stroh at Northern Kane, firstname.lastname@example.org or Kathy Meisinger at Elgin Community College, email@example.com.
