113 New Cases; 1 Additional Death Is Man in His 50s; Vaccinations Pass 70,000 Mark
Kane County recorded one additional coronavirus-related death today, a man in his 50s.
That death brings Kane County’s total to 707 since data has been collected on the effects of the pandemic.
The county recorded 113 new cases today, bringing the total to 50,182.
Kane County’s seven-day test positivity rate stayed at 4.6% for the third straight day.
So far, 71,540 vaccine doses have been administered in Kane County, according to the Illinois Department of Public Health’s COVID-19 Vaccine Administration Dataa page.
