KCHD Hosts Free Oct. 8 Webinar on Maintaining Health During COVID-19 Pandemic

The Kane County Health Department’s Kane Health Counts Chronic Disease Action Team will present a free Zoom online webinar “Maintaining Your Health During a Pandemic” at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 8.

Dr. Omar Z. Aiyash

Dr. Omar Z. Aiyash, family medicine physician at Rush Copley Medical Group, will present on how to manage your chronic conditions, followed by a question-and-answer panel with experts on cancer, diabetes, heart health, nutrition and community resources.

Participants are welcome to participate in the Q&A session.

Kane Health Counts is a Kane County community health improvement initiative in partnership with hospitals, community health centers and other community healthcare and social services in Kane County.
