The Kane County Sheriff’s Office is announcing the opening of applications for the position of Corrections Officer.

“Beyond that, we are hoping to recruit citizens that are invested in serving their community in a dynamic work environment that brings a true example of reform in the criminal justice system,” Sheriff Ron Hain said.
A Corrections Officer has the opportunity to advance their service in many various functions, to include; K-9 handler, criminal investigator, gang investigator, and corrections response team.
“At a time of high unemployment and an uncertain future, joining the Sheriff’s Office team provides stability and job fulfillment for applicants and their families,” Hain said.
