Kane County and partners that include the Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center, the Illinois Department of Commerce, the St. Charles Chamber of Commerce, Elgin Community College and Tec Services Consulting, Inc. is hosting a virtual event on Aug. 12 to help businesses interested in creating or building upon existing apprenticeship programs.
