West Dundee Will Reopen Village Offices June 10

Village of West Dundee facilities had been restricted from public access during the Illinois stay-at-home order but will be opening on June 10.

Beginning Wednesday, June 10, the offices of the village of West Dundee, including Village Hall, Public Works, Public Safety Center #1 (Police Department) and Public Safety Center #2 (Community Development and Fire Departments) will reopen to the public with standard operating hours.

Facial coverings and social distancing will be mandatory at each facility in accordance with the Restore Illinois Phase 3 requirements.

“We continue to strongly encourage the use of email, phone, online resources and drop boxes located at each facility in order to conduct business with the village, whenever possible,” village officials said in the West Dundee Village Newslist.

Online payments can be made online using Illinois e-Pay, accessible through the village website, for the following types of payments. Please note that account creation is not supported, only one-time payments.

  • Water & Sewer Utility Bills
  • Police Fines, Tickets and Processing Fees
  • “Miscellaneous Payments” — If you need to make a payment to the Village that does not fall into the above categories, please call 847-551-3800 or send an email to villagehall@wdundee.org to confirm online payment availability.
