You Could Win a New Car in CASA Raffle — Winner To Be Announced at March 7 Gala

CASA Kane County announced this week that Fox Valley Auto Group has donated a new automobile to benefit CASA Kane County.

CASA is a charity that advocates for abused and neglected children within the juvenile court system, with the goal of ensuring each child is placed in a safe and permanent home.

“CASA does amazing work to help foster children right here in our own community, and we are pleased to be able to help raise funds and draw awareness for such a worthy organization,” said Emir Abinion, president of Fox Valley Auto Group.

CASA’s grand prize raffle winner will choose either a new 2020 Buick Encore or 2020 Volkswagen Tiguan courtesy of Fox Valley Auto, and the winner will be chosen at CASA’s Celebration of Children Gala on Saturday, March 7, 2020, at the Q Center.

For a Good Cause

CASA Executive Director Gloria Kelley said CASA Kane County is grateful for the support of Fox Valley Auto Group, whose donation will raise funds that directly impact the lives of children.

“This collaboration will help further the mission of CASA to reach every child in need to find a safe, nurturing and permanent home,” she said.

For more than 30 years, CASA Kane County has been recruiting, training and supervising community volunteers who serve as Court Appointed Special Advocates and the Guardian ad Litem for children in court due to abuse, neglect or private guardianship.

The CASA volunteer acts as the eyes and ears of the judge to help make the best decision for a safe, caring and permanent home for each child. The organization serves 100% of all abuse/neglect and private guardianship cases in the 16th Judicial Circuit of Kane County and has been doing this since 2000.

CASA Kane County’s staff along 200 CASA/GAL volunteers advocate for more than 500 children annually. To learn more, visit https://www.casakanecounty.org/ or 630-232-4484.
