The two occupants of the Atlas could not provide proof of ownership or the vehicle owner’s name.
Both subjects were taken into custody and a search of the vehicle resulted in finding two bandana’s on the front seats of the vehicle as well as a “look alike” black BB gun located under the front seat of the vehicle.
The Kane County States Attorney’s Office approved a felony charge of Possession of a Stolen Motor Vehicle for both subjects.
