POW! Take Home This Tasty Little Nacho

POW! Take Home This Tasty Little Nacho

There is no more intrepid explorer than a kitten.

– Jules Champfleury, French novelist and journalist

  • KCAC’s Adorable, Adoptable Pet of the Week is written by Tecla Metzel of Kane County Animal Control. Photographs by Lorena Page.

His name is Nacho and he’s only 6-month’s old. Found as a stray wandering a parking lot near a forest preserve, he was too young and too tiny to be exploring the great outdoors all by himself.

Thanks to the small-creature gods who must have been on his side that day, this orange and white domestic short-haired kitten was saved from an untimely end to his young life and brought to Kane County Animal Control.

Nacho is all kitten, playful and full of life. Not one for cuddling too long because it’s much more fun to crawl under and into things than remain static on someone’s lap. No time to play it cool, there’s only time to discover the wonders of his surroundings.

Nacho is ready and willing to fill up your home with all of his kittenish antics and become your best friend forever!
