Novice and avid gardeners are invited to bring their questions on how to create a successful flower bed at Geneva’s Gardenology in May.

The seventh annual event will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, May 16, along Third Street in downtown Geneva. A speaker’s tent will be stationed at Geneva Lutheran Church, 301 S. Third St. More than 50 garden experts will be on hand giving presentations or answering questions to help patrons get the most out of their gardening season. Topics will range from home gardening tips, the ABC’s of butterfly gardening, making salad dressings and more.

Plants and accessories will be available for purchase, and many shops will be offering fun and educational family-friendly activities. Children also will enjoy crafts, petting the yearling goats, and seeing reptiles and amphibians with The Frog Lady.
