County Crack Sealing Work on 7 Highways to Begin June 19
Starting the week of June 19, 2017, routing and crack sealing will begin on Thatcher Road, Keslinger Road, Tyrrell Road, Galligan Road, Kaneville Road, West County Line Road, and Meredith Road.
Construction work hours will be from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m. each day for approximately the next six to eight weeks, weather permitting.
|Thatcher Road||Root Lane||Beith Road|
|Keslinger Road||County Line Road||IL Route 47|
|Tyrrell Road||Big Timber Road||IL Route 72|

|West County Line Road||Main Street||Perry Road|
|Meredith Road||Union Ditch #3 Bridge Deck||Union Ditch #3 Bridge Deck|
The crack-sealing program is part of the county’s comprehensive road maintenance program to increase the longevity of the roads by sealing road cracks preventing water from penetrating the road base and reducing the life of the pavement.
The above-mentioned roads will remain open during treatment, but will be reduced to one lane of travel using temporary daily lane closures.
